Ranaulda is the founder and CEO of Beautiful Shades of Me, Inc. (BSoM). She grew up in Washington, D.C the youngest of four children. Her passion and love for helping and mentoring others is what drove her to start the youth mentoring program. She saw a need for unity and wanted to create a safe place to build sisterly bonds, self worth and leadership skills. BSoM is built on love and respect for all people. She lives in Loudoun County, VA. and is married with two adult children. Ranaulda obtained a Bachelors of Administration in Human Resource Management and is pursuing a Masters of Science in Human Services - Organizational and Social Services.
